SHOP POLICIES 

 Shipping 

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Domestic orders are shipped via Parcel Post and international orders are sent via tracked post. 

Orders are generally shipped once a week, or twice a week during peak times. 

I hold no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. 

 Combining Multiple Orders

I am able to combine multiple orders placed during a shop update. I can only combine orders placed within a similar time frame. Excess shipping will be refunded at time of packing. You don’t need to email me to combine orders, I go through and do this while packing after an update. 

I can only combine orders that are placed under the same name and have the same shipping address. 

 Returns and Exchanges

I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

If an item arrives to you and is faulty, then I will do my best to accomodate an exchange for the same or similar item, or a refund. This is at my discretion. Most of my items are very limited but I will do my best to ensure that any problem is resolved. Please email if your item arrives and is faulty. 

 Changes to orders

Once an order is placed, I am unable to amend them for change of mind. I try to keep my shipping turn around as quick as possible, and changes to orders once they are placed cause delays within the system. 

Please be sure that the item that you are checking out on is the one that you want.
